针对焊接技术的迅猛发展,自动焊接已经逐步取代了手工焊接。滚轮式焊接架通过蜗轮蜗杆减速器的主动轮摩擦驱动主动盘,再通过主动盘带动从动盘及车架同时翻转,从而实现自动焊接。自动焊接滚轮支架设计是通过调整滚轮的中心距,适用不同直径筒体的焊接,采用无级调速。它采用一个自动控制系统控制2台电动机同步旋转完成对工件的焊接。
For the rapid development of welding technology, automatic welding has gradually replaced the manual welding. Roller-type welding frame through the worm gear reducer drive friction wheel drive plate, driven by the drive plate and chassis simultaneously flip, so as to achieve automatic welding. Automatic welding wheel bracket design is by adjusting the wheel center distance for different diameter cylinder welding, using stepless speed regulation. It uses an automatic control system to control two synchronous motor rotation to complete the workpiece welding.
