IEEE上海支分部1989年年会于12月8—9日在江苏省张家港市举行。上海支分部主席韩祯祥教授作了年度工作总结报告,并以“南朝鲜技术考察见闻”为题进行了大会报告。除与会代表外,张家港市有关企业领导数十人一起听取了大会报告。随后举行了学术论文报告,大会收到了论文24篇,18位会员在会了上报告他们在电子、电工、计算机、系统工程等方面的最新成就。会内外专家教授35位代表出席了会议,张家港市沈澍东市长、何志仁和吴叔美副市长到会致词,市电视台录制了电视片并作了报导。
IEEE Shanghai Branch 1989 Annual Meeting December 8-9 held in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province. Prof. Han Zhenxiang, Chairman of Shanghai Branch, made a summary report on the work for the year and made a report on the theme of “knowledge of South Korea’s technical investigation.” In addition to the delegates, dozens of leaders of relevant enterprises in Zhangjiagang listened to the report of the meeting. Subsequent academic papers, the conference received 24 papers, 18 members at the meeting to report on their latest achievements in electronics, electrical, computer, systems engineering and so on. Thirty-five representatives of experts and professors from both inside and outside attended the conference. Zhang Shugang, Mayor Shen Shu-Dong, He Zhiren and Wu Shumei, vice mayors of Zhangjiagang City delivered speeches. Television footage of the city was recorded and reported.
