目的:应用HPLC法建立灰毡毛忍冬药材的指纹图谱。方法:采用Hypersil gold C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈和0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.5 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为240 nm。结果:建立了灰毡毛忍冬药材的指纹图谱,并检测了不同产地11批灰毡毛忍冬药材;采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)”标定了10个共有峰,相似度较高,各色谱峰分离较好,达到中药指纹图谱研究的技术要求。结论:该方法准确可靠,为更好地控制药材内在质量提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of Lonicera macrandium L. by HPLC. Methods: A Hypersilil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile and 0.05% aqueous phosphoric acid as mobile phases. The gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 0.5 ml/min. The column temperature was 30°C and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. RESULTS: A fingerprint of Lonicera macranthoides was established, and 11 batches of Lonicera gigas from different origins were detected; 10 common peaks were calibrated using the “Chinese Herbal Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System (2004A Edition)”. The similarity is high, and the chromatographic peaks are well separated, which meets the technical requirements for the study of TCM fingerprints. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, which provides scientific basis for better control of the intrinsic quality of medicinal materials.
