国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱。党的十六届三中全会强调,要适应市场经济不断发展的趋势,进一步增强公有制经济的活力,大力发展国有资本、集体资本和非公有资本等参股的混合所有制经济,实现投资主体多元化,使股份制成为公有制的主要实现形式。5月14日,围绕“进一步加快国有企业改革”这一话题,省政协组织委员举行论坛,来自国有及民营企业的企业家及专家教授联系各自实际,畅所欲言,争献良策。
