优质护理服务是2010年初,卫生部在全国卫生系统开展的以“夯实基础护理,提供满意服务”为主题的示范工程活动。它体现的是“以患者为中心”实施生理、心理、社会的一种动态、完整、连续的综合护理过程。2015年初,按市卫生计生委提出的“在特殊科室扎实开展优质护理服务”的要求,我们认真思考,以如何在手术服务中体现“优”和“质”的内涵为宗旨,树立“以人为本、患者至上”的原则,根据自身科室特点创新工
Quality nursing service is the demonstration project launched by the Ministry of Health in the national health system in early 2010 with the theme of “complying with basic nursing and providing satisfactory service”. It embodies the “patient-centered” implementation of a dynamic, complete and continuous integrated nursing process of physiology, psychology and society. At the beginning of 2015, according to the requirements of “Carrying out quality nursing service in special department” proposed by the Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, we seriously think about how to embody the connotation of “excellent” and “quality” in surgical services as Purpose, establish a “people-oriented, patient supreme” principle, according to their own characteristics of innovative departments
