一、建档意义为了贯彻《森林法》,省林业厅指示在1979年省林业勘测二大队二类调查后,敦化局必须建立森林资源档案,以提高林业企业的管理水平,适应林业现代化的需要。但是在森林资源二类调查后,若不建立森林资源档案,不及时记载森林资源数量和动态变化,则获得的森林资源数据和图面材料,将失去继续使用的价值。能够建立森林资源档案,也填补了敦化局林木年生长量这一经济技术指标的空白。
