本实验观察了犬急性心肌缺血时体循环血与缺血区局部静脉血中红细胞变形性(RCD)的变化。结果表明,阻断冠脉血流后高切变率下全血粘度(ηbh)和红细胞刚性指数(ERI)明显增高,而缺血区局部血液中此二者的变化明显大于体循环静脉血。事先切断内脏大神经,可使阻断冠脉后体循环血(而不是局部静脉血)的ηbh和ERI变化基本消失。缺血区局部血液pH和pO_2明显降低,pCO_2明显增高,红细胞内ATP含量减少和钙含量增加。提示急性心肌缺血时,体循环静脉血中的RCD降低主要与交感系统活动增强有关,而缺血区局部静脉血的RCD降低则可能主要受局部体液因素和代谢的影响。
In this study, we observed the changes of erythrocyte deformability (RCD) in systemic venous blood and ischemic venous blood in dogs with acute myocardial ischemia. The results showed that the total blood viscosity (ηbh) and erythrocyte rigidity index (ERI) were significantly increased at high shear rate after blocking coronary blood flow, while the change in both local ischemic area and blood was significantly greater than that of systemic venous blood. Prior to cutting off the visceral nerve, can block the coronary blood circulation (rather than local venous blood) ηbh and ERI changes disappeared. Local blood pH and pO 2 in the ischemic area were significantly decreased, pCO 2 was significantly increased, reduced intracellular erythrocyte ATP content and increased calcium content. The results suggest that the decrease of RCD in systemic venous blood is mainly related to the enhancement of sympathetic activity during acute myocardial ischemia, while the decrease of RCD in ischemic local venous blood may be mainly affected by local humoral factors and metabolism.
