目的探讨消毒供应室人员职业倦怠自我调整的措施与效果。方法面对职业倦怠,通过社会支持、正视自己、身心锻炼等方法 ,进行自我调整。结果干预前,护理人员62.1%有职业倦怠,轻、中度倦怠的检出率分别为22.4%、39.7%;干预后,存在职业倦怠的只占39.7%,轻、中度倦怠分别下降为13.8%、25.9%。干预前后职业倦怠发生率差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.82,P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室护士,消除职业倦怠,关键靠自我调节。
Objective To investigate the measures and effects of self-adjustment of occupational burnout among staff in disinfection supply room. Methods In the face of occupational burnout, self-adjustment is carried out through social support, face up to oneself and physical and mental exercises. Results Before intervention, 62.1% of nursing staff had job burnout. The detection rate of mild and moderate burnout was 22.4% and 39.7% respectively. Only 39.7% of job burnout existed after intervention, while the mild and moderate burnout decreased to 13.8% %, 25.9%. The difference of occupational burnout before and after intervention was statistically significant (χ2 = 5.82, P <0.05). Conclusion Disinfection supply room nurses, eliminate occupational burnout, the key to self-regulation.
