中学与大学资源围墙的打通,不仅使学员领略久违的学术氛围,更让学员在史学修养和教育理念上有了全新的认识和改变。浦东新区历史教师培训基地第二期(以下简称基地)于2012年11月正式启动,在为期两年的培训中,基地通过介绍史学动态、进行课例分析、研究考试命题、指导教学科研等培训内容,着力提升学员的学科素养与能力。与第一期基地培训不同,本期基地注重探索培训新模式,从“丰富教研形式、深化科研意识”入手,形成了“发现问题—研究问题—继续研究问题—解决
