5月16日下午,由青岛城市建设文化交流协会和青岛城市建设集团共同组织的城市风貌保护发展主题(系列)论坛第一场研讨活动,在青岛市南海路23号(原海滨旅馆旧址)一楼举行。城市风貌保护发展主题(系列)论坛汇聚了青岛市城市规划、建筑、历史、文化等方面的专家学者,以及各主流媒体的踊跃参与。城市规划专家、青岛理工大学建筑学院原院长徐鹏飞教授首先作了《1897-1914年间青岛城市规划与建设》的主题演讲。按照青岛城市形成与发展的时间脉络,梳理了青岛市城市规划与发展的变迁过程,尤其是1897-1914年期间青岛的城市规划与建设情况,通过大量详实珍贵的历史资料和分析研究,展现了青岛独特城市风貌的形成和变化。在此基础上徐教授进一步阐述了对城市建筑和风貌保护中需要注意的尊重历史原貌、修缮过程的详实标注、老建筑使用功能
