在新的课程标准的指导和要求下,我区工作在课改第一线的广大教师,进行着有益的探索和实践,创造性地实施教育教学活动,促进学生在知识技能、过程方法与情感态度价值观等三维目标方面都得到发展。然而,当前制约新课程改革顺利进行的“瓶颈”之一则是评价问题。建立符合素质教育要求,促进学生不断成长、教师素质提高和学校教育教学质量提高的评价体系,已成为当前全面推进新课程改革的关键问题,必须着手解决。
