5-Aminosalicylic acid (mesalamine) is sulfasalazine decomposition products in the colon, the chronic colon disease has a certain effect. In the past many European studies using a smaller dose, the efficacy is not sure. This study used ileal and colon active Crohn’s disease at different oral doses
