本文在详细分析了已有绳轮计算方法的基础上,建立了辐条式绳轮的力学模型,编制了有限元计算绳轮的专用程序,电算得到轮缘和轮辐的应力及变形规律。通过量纲分析和电子计算机正交试验,确定出影响绳轮强度的主要参数为:钢绳包角α、摩擦系数μ、轮辐数n、轮辐与轮缘的截面惯性矩比J_f/J_y,考虑到经济性和结构的力学特性,作者建议在绳轮设计中取n=10,J_f/J_y=0.2。
Based on the detailed analysis of the calculation method of the existing sheave, the mechanical model of the spoke sheave is established and the special program for calculating the sheave is established. The stress and deformation of the rims and spokes are calculated.
