自1963年Lejeume等首先报道猫叫综合征(cat cry syndrome或5P-综合征)以来,国内外屡有报道。现将我院收治的经染色体检查证实的2例报告如下。 例1 男,1日龄。因生后青紫窒息1小时入院。第一胎,第一产,孕40~(+4)周顺产,脐带长30cm。父28岁,母27岁,母孕8周曾患“感冒”,孕12周注箭“黄体酮”保胎。叔父幼年哭声尖直、智力差。查体:体重2200g,身长47cm,头围31.5cm,胸围33cm,腹围31cm。反应差,哭声微弱似“猫叫”。四肢短,躯干及四肢多毛。颅骨重叠,前囟2×2cm,头顶部4×4cm血肿。眼裂
