公立中医医院仍然在全国所有中医机构中占有绝对多数比例;从收入构成上看,公立中医医院与公立西医医院区别不明显,检验检查费用占比较高,西化现象严重;公立中医医院亟需在人员工资、医疗服务方面获得补偿。以上是“公立中医医院补偿机制研究”课题组(以下简称课题组)调研过程中发现的主要问题。作为国家医药卫生体制改革系列调研之一,由国家中医药管理局和中国社会科学院联合承担的“公立中医医院补偿机制研究”课题于4月在社科院经济所召开结题报告会。基于课题组的调研结论,社科院经济所专家和医疗行业人士就中医补偿问题进行了讨论。

As one of a series of investigations on the national medical and health system reform, the “Research on Compensation Mechanism of Public TCM Hospital” jointly undertaken by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences convened a concluding report in the Academy of Social Sciences in April. Based on the survey findings of the research group, experts from the Academy of Social Sciences and medical industry professionals discussed the issue of compensation for Chinese medicine.
