《自然-通讯》在线发布了一项研究,描述了一种能快速诊断出结核病的新型呼吸测试技术。这项测试针对的是对异烟肼敏感的结核病,异烟肼是一种广泛用于结核病的抗生素,很少发生耐药性。目前的肺结核诊断方法基于验血或者对样本的显微镜检查,但这些方法可靠性不高,并且需要花费数周时间做微生物鉴定。异烟肼作为治疗结核病的主要抗生素,在刚被服用时没有活性。只有结核杆菌产生的酶(Kat G)和药物发生作用时,才会产生一种有活性的抗生素以及氮气。
“Nature - Communications” released a study online, describing a new type of breath testing technology that can rapidly diagnose tuberculosis. This test is aimed at isoniazid-sensitive tuberculosis, an isoniazid that is widely used in tuberculosis and is less resistant. Current methods of diagnosing tuberculosis are based on blood tests or microscopic examination of samples, but these methods are less reliable and can take weeks to perform microbial identification. Isoniazid, the main antibiotic used to treat tuberculosis, is inactive immediately after it is taken. Only active metabolites (Kat G) produced by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the drug act to produce an active antibiotic and nitrogen.
