低品位钴精矿经焙烧、浸出、净化后得到纯净的CoCl2溶液。本文详细研究用离子交换法由CoCl2制备Co(Ac)的工艺,选用大孔弱酸性阳离子交换树脂,进行单柱和多柱串联实验,确定了离子交换过程的工艺参数,提出合理的流程,并进行实际料液扩大实验。实验研究表明,采用离子交换法,既可实现Cocl转型力Co(Ac)2,又可有效地排除CLSO,NO等杂质阴离子,同时钴回收率大于99.5%,所得Co(Ac)2溶液符合制备化学纯醋酸钴产品的要求。
Low-grade cobalt concentrate roasting, leaching, purification obtained pure CoCl2 solution. In this paper, the process of preparing Co (Ac) from CoCl2 by ion exchange method is studied in detail. Single-column and multi-column series experiments are carried out by using macroporous weak acid cation exchange resin. The process parameters of ion exchange process are determined and a reasonable process is proposed. Carry out the actual liquid expansion experiment. The experimental results show that the ion exchange method can not only achieve the Co (Ac) 2 transformation ability of Cocl, but also effectively remove the anions such as CLSO and NO, and the cobalt recovery rate is more than 99.5%. The obtained Co (Ac) 2 solution conforms to the preparation Chemical pure cobalt acetate product requirements.
