病例系印刷工厂一男性杂务工,于1985年10月从事三氯乙烯脱脂作业一个月后,出现头痛、发热,二天后全身皮疹、流泪、咽喉疼等粘膜症状,入院时体温39℃,体检发现颈部、腹股沟淋巴结肿大,口腔内见有出血斑,全身呈浮肿性红斑;临床化验:白细胞总数8.9×10~9/L、异型淋巴球9％、嗜酸性白细胞3％,GOT1.422IU/L,GPT1.667IU/L,LDH1.376IU/L,总胆红素67.7μmol/L(4.1mg/dl),但发病10天左右,嗜酸性白细胞增加5.85×10~9/L(5850/mm~3),给强的松龙(Prednine)60mg/d后嗜酸性白细胞数降低,另一方面在发病10天左右,红斑逐渐脱屑、消退。
