本文从国内外政治、经济、社会、科技的发展趋势探讨系统工程学科的研宄方向和范围。首先分析了促使系统工程学科发展的主要原因,本文列出了下列四个主因。一、要认识现实世界上日益复杂的各种系统,就要求有描述这些系统的方法及其理论基础。二、人类已觉悟到为了发展人类社会多少年来恣意挥霍世界上自然资源和随意破坏自然环境是多大的灾难性错误,他们开始思索和研究更明智的人类社会发展的途径,使剩余不多的资源可以更快再生或找到代用物资,使人类生存和发展的环境得到改善。三、必须找到一种使人类能够在公平的基础上展开竞争的机制,以促使人类进步和发展。四、人类今天已发展到这样一个新时代,各方政治力量已趋平衡,并且已认识到求同存异与和平共处的必要性。系统工程是否可以作为一种有效方法供人类用理性的互让妥协办法解决争端。本文围绕上述四点,详论了系统工程的研究方向和范围。
This article explores the direction and scope of systematic engineering research from the development trend of politics, economy, society and science both at home and abroad. First of all, it analyzes the main reasons that promote the development of Systematic Engineering. This article lists the following four main reasons. First, recognizing the increasingly complex systems in the real world requires methods and theoretical foundations for describing these systems. Second, humankind has realized how catastrophic mistakes are made in the development of human society over the years for wanton squandering of the natural resources in the world and the arbitrary destruction of the natural environment. They have begun to ponder and study ways to make their human development more informed so that the remaining resources Can be regenerated faster or find alternative supplies, so that human survival and development of the environment has been improved. Third, we must find a mechanism that enables mankind to compete on an equitable basis so as to promote human progress and development. Fourthly, humankind has today developed into such a new era that the political forces of all parties have become balanced and have recognized the necessity of seeking common ground while reserving differences and peaceful coexistence. Whether systematic engineering can be used as an effective way for human beings to settle disputes through rational, compromise and compromise. This article focuses on the above four points, detailing the research direction and scope of systems engineering.
