b型流感嗜血杆菌引起成人脑膜炎并不常见。本文报道1例b型流感嗜血杆菌引起妊娠期妇女脑膜炎和败血症。患者系女性,22岁。既往在儿童期有反复发作性中耳炎史。本次因上呼吸道感染4周住院,其时已妊娠35周。入院前1天发热(38.5℃)、头痛、恶心;入院前数小时病情恶化、意识丧失。脑脊液混浊,白细胞16,100/立方毫米、多形核白细胞93%,蛋白8克/升,糖7.2毫克/100毫升。脑脊液和6次血培养均为b型流感嗜血杆菌,且对苄青霉
