采用ＤＮＡ原位末端标记法检测９７例不同生存期鼻咽癌患者的细胞凋亡情况并探讨其与鼻咽癌患者预后的关系。结果提示：凋亡细胞在鼻咽癌组织中数目甚少，与预后未见明显关系，不能作为估计鼻咽癌患者预后的指标。
The apoptosis of 97 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with different survival stages was detected by DNA in situ end-labeling and the relationship with the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The results suggest that the number of apoptotic cells in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is very small and has no obvious relationship with prognosis, which can not be used as an index to estimate the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
