精密播种机在工作时不可避免会出现重播、漏播和堵塞等现象,不能确保精播质量,该文设计了一套以AVR单片机为核心的排种检测系统。系统采用3对并列排布的红外发光二极管和光敏三极管分别作为光电传感器的发射端和接收端,实现多行精密播种全程的无盲区监测。通过传感器监测种子在排种管内的下落状况,对播种参数实时监测。当排种管下种出现异常现象时,发出报警信号,并及时通过RS-485通讯向工况监测仪报告故障位置和状态,最大限度减少漏检和误报警的可能性,提高了检测系统的准确性,从而提高播种机的工作效率和播种质量。田间试验结果表明,该系统性能稳定可靠,对农业生产具有巨大的生产意义和经济效益。
Precision sowing machine at work will inevitably appear replay, sowing and jamming and other phenomena, can not ensure the quality of precision broadcast, this paper designed a set of AVR microcontroller as the core of the seed detection system. The system uses three pairs of side-by-side arrangement of infrared light-emitting diodes and phototransistors as the transmitter and receiver of the photoelectric sensor, to achieve multi-line precision sowing without blind spot monitoring. Through the sensor to monitor the seeds in the seeding tube drop situation, sowing parameters real-time monitoring. When there is an abnormal phenomenon under the sewer tube, an alarm signal will be sent out, and the position and status of the fault will be reported to the condition monitor through RS-485 communication in time to minimize the possibility of missed inspection and false alarm, thus improving the detection system’s Accuracy, so as to improve the working efficiency and seeder planting quality. Field test results show that the system performance is stable and reliable, which has great productive significance and economic benefits for agricultural production.
