我国加入WTO后,国外建筑企业逐步进入中国市场,国内建筑企业面临新一轮的整合。在新形势下,国内建筑企业如何以准确掌握国家对资质管理方面的政策为切入点,进一步带动企业经营管理水平的提高及产业结构的调整,从而获取更大的市场份额,这是非常重要的。
After China’s accession to the WTO, foreign construction companies gradually enter the Chinese market, domestic construction companies are facing a new round of integration. Under the new situation, it is very important for domestic construction enterprises to take an accurate grasp of the state’s policies on qualification management and to further promote the improvement of the operation and management of enterprises and the adjustment of industrial structure so as to gain a larger market share .
