我长期在企业工作,近年来已明显地感觉到,社会各界已经形成了一种共识:在市场经济日益发达的今天,市场的竞争就是企业的竞争,企业的竞争在一定程度上体现着企业家的竞争。是企业家的胆识、谋略、智慧等综合素质在市场中的较量。所以,尊重企业家,爱护企业家,给他们应有的荣誉和待遇,是建立一支强大的企业家队伍的必由之路。真道同志撰文呼吁企业家应享有三项特色权益,就是为建设好企业家队伍寻找一条可行的途径。
