An autopsy analysis was performed on 205 children with malformations in our hospital. Chromosome tests and Toxoplasma gondii tests were performed in some cases. The results showed that the incidence of deformity accounted for 25.1% of the autopsy in the same period, of which 54.6% were multiple deformities and 10 were malformations. The incidence of nervous system malformations was 19.1%. Chromosome examination of 22 cases of deformed children found that 6 cases had chromosomal abnormalities. Toxoplasma gondii were detected in 69 cases of deformed children. The results showed that all the tests had a high positive detection rate. Toxoplasma gondii infection was regarded as a more important teratogenic factor.
