在2007年10月召开的中国共产党第十七次代表大会上,“人文关怀”、“心理疏导”成为其大会的重要内容,在这样的前提下,全社会开始重点关注认为关怀。到2011年的“两会”上进行审议的“十二五”规划纲要首先就是将民生优先原则作为基本要领,使医疗、教育、社会保障等多方面实现相应的保障,并且注重对民生的发展和健全,根据这样的原则,对其相应的目标和要求进行提出。本文针对城市电视台民生新闻的报道策略进行相关的分析和研究,指出电视台做好民生新闻的重要性以及如何做好民生新闻。
