以磨粒流加工共轨管为研究对象,以大涡模拟的方法对磨粒流加工共轨管进行数值分析。通过对磨粒流加工共轨管过程中磨粒流的流动形态进行数值模拟,可获得在不同温度和进出口压力条件下共轨管各个支路的静态压强、动态压强和速度分布。以此来分析温度以及进出口压力对磨粒流加工效果的影响,为磨粒流加工工艺的研究提供更加准确的依据。
Taking abrasive flow processing common rail as the research object, numerical analysis of the common rail with abrasive flow processing was carried out by the method of large eddy simulation. Through the numerical simulation of the flow pattern of the abrasive flow in the common rail pipe during the abrasive flow processing, the static pressure, dynamic pressure and velocity distribution of each branch of the common rail pipe under different temperatures and inlet and outlet pressures can be obtained. In order to analyze the temperature and the impact of the inlet and outlet pressure on the abrasive flow processing effect, the study provides a more accurate basis for the abrasive flow processing technology.
