都市的空间之美,美在线条、色彩的和谐搭配及其有节奏的律动。当绿树成荫的街道两旁和过街空间充斥了杂乱的线与杆的时候,一切美的元素都被挤压、扭曲或者割裂、僵化, 都市的空间美感也就荡然无存了。因此,无论是武汉市还是美国的诸多城市,都想到了管线入地以打造城市的亮丽形象。但在我们为旧城改造中的管线入地项目的资金来源、项目协调等颇伤脑筋时,美国的许多城市已成功地将地上杆线安排到了地下,其做法对武汉市的城市建设和管理有启发和借鉴意义。
