花粉症是具有过敏体质的人对某些花粉抗原呈现的一种变态反应性疾病。目前在临床上一般均采用多种花粉抗原给患者做皮内试验,以寻找过敏原,并根据检查的结果选用数种过敏原进行脫敏治疗。为了配合临床合理选用过敏原,我们用于乌市采集的引起本病的五种主要抗原免疫家兔制备了抗血清,对乌鲁木齐地区采制的十四种花粉抗原做了初步的免疫学分析,并将乌鲁木齐与北京两地采制的三种花粉抗原做了初步的对比分析。今将使用的实验方法及结果简述如下。
