元坝气田位于四川省苍溪县境内,属亚热带湿润季风气候,地势高差比较悬殊,地形较复杂,四季分明,地区小气候差异较大,表现为冬暖、春早、夏热、秋阴、云多日照少,雨量充沛。元坝气田主要生产来气为海相井生产,其中气体中H2S含量较高,为有毒有害气体,为生产需要,建立酸气管网将酸气气田汇集于元坝大坪天然气净化厂集中处理后外输至川气东送管网内。就山区酸气管道隧道施工而言,它本身就具有一定的施工难度及特殊性,也是典型的受限空间作业。我公司在2013年于元坝气田酸气管道安装工程管线施工,隧道穿越共计5出,由于施工经验不足,造成施工工法选择不合理,施工前期焊接质量较差、施工进度较为缓慢,不但增加了施工成本,而且严重影响了公司的信誉。酸气管道隧道内安装的安全施工及成形质量至关重要,加之酸气管道施工工序复杂,每道焊口均进行焊口的消氢(2小时)、无损检测(消氢完成后24小时方可进行检测)、热处理(4小时),焊口硬度检测,耗时长(通常一道焊口从施工至施工结束需耗时3天左右)。根据现场实际情况,考虑施工的联系性、及施工地点的集中,焊接质量、安全风险及施工进度等因素,采用隧道口设置卷扬机,管道下设置轻轨,滑轮牵引入洞;有效的解决了这一难题,而山区酸气管道隧道施工在我公司尚属首次,在元坝气田酸气管道施工中,该工艺得到广泛使用,通过学习摸索,不断提高,总结出了一套较完善的施工方案,取得了较好的效益。
