目的观察丁咯地尔联合逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)治疗效果。方法将72例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分成治疗组36例和对照组36例,治疗组给予静脉滴注丁咯地尔同时给予口服逐瘀通脉胶囊。对照组给予静脉滴注长春西汀。观察治疗组治疗前后血流变学及临床症状、疗效的变化,评价丁咯地尔联合逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。结果研究结果表明,治疗组在改善椎基底动脉供血不足患者的临床症状及血液流变学方面疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁咯地尔联合逐瘀通脉胶囊能明显降低椎基底动脉供血不足患者的血液黏稠度(P<0.05),并能改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of buflomedil combined with Zhuyu Tongmai capsule on vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI). Methods Seventy-two patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The treatment group was treated with buflomedil by oral dripping and Zhuzhuo Tongmai Oral Capsule. The control group was given intravenous infusion of vinpocetine. The changes of hemorrheology, clinical symptoms and curative effects in the treatment group before and after treatment were observed. The clinical efficacy of buflomedil combined with Zhuyu Tongmai Capsule in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency was evaluated. Results The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and hemorheology of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (P <0.05). Conclusion Buflomedil combined with Zhuyu Tongmai Capsule can significantly reduce the blood viscosity of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (P <0.05), and can improve the clinical symptoms.
