上海社区教育实验项目的成绩是明显的,然而我们也应看到存在的问题:实验项目的成果没有得到全面、有效的推广。细思量,无非是先天“细心、耐心”的不足和后天“真心、恒心”的缺失。先天“细心”不足主要表现在实验项目在具体实施时未必完全符合科学研究活动的规律。由于实验对象的特殊性和复杂性,使得社区教育实验不能像自然科学实验那样真正严密地控制实验条件,保证整个实验过程细致、周密,因而未必能证实现象
The achievements of the Shanghai Community Education Experiment Project are obvious. However, we should also see the existing problems. The achievements of the pilot project have not been fully and effectively promoted.
