我们研究了一种少铬的高耐磨冷模具钢120Cr4W2MoV,用于代替Cr12型高碳高铬钢。这种钢的冶金生产工艺比较简便,共晶碳化物量少。钢的锻造温度范围比Cr12MoV钢稍窄,但锻造工艺不难掌握,退火后的硬度可以满足切削加工的要求。 这种钢可以采用低温淬火、低温回火和高温淬火、高温回火等不同热处理工艺,均可以得到较高的硬度和良好的机械性能。经过适宜的热处理,这种钢的机械性能优于Cr12MoV钢。钢的淬透性高,淬火操作简便。 生产实践证明这种钢的变形量很微,容易控制,耐磨性为Cr12型高碳高铬钢的3—4倍,有可能全面代替Cr12型高碳高铬钢以满足模具和其他方面的要求。
We studied a low-chromium high wear-resistant cold die steel 120Cr4W2MoV, used to replace the Cr12 high-carbon high-chromium steel.
