我院1989年11月～1993年3月收治32例新生儿惊厥,在病因治疗基础上采用苯巴比妥负荷量治疗,20～40mg/kg加入10％葡萄糖液20ml中15～20分钟内静注或静滴[滴速<1mg/(kg·min)],苯巴比妥20mg/kg10分钟内止痉为显效,用至40mg/kg止痉,24小时未再出现抽搐为有效,抽搐不止为无效。结果显效24例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率90.6％。苯巴比妥可增加葡萄糖转运及减轻脑水肿,可降低脑代谢,减少能量消耗,对呼吸中枢的抑制作用比安定小,因此控制新生儿惊厥列为首选。
