长时间以来,在众多的图书馆、资料室中,普遍存在着文献利用率低的问题。为了改变这种状况,许多同志提出了一些措施和意见。我认为,要解决好这个问题,必须提高服务管理水平,改变服务方式。具体地说,就是在广泛采集一次文献的基础上,根据本单位、本部门学科的特点,将散见于图书、期刊、报纸上的有关内容摘录下来,按照学科分类,编制成二次文献。以二次文献作为服务手段,进而促进文献利用率的提高。
For a long time, in many libraries and reference rooms, there is a widespread problem of low utilization of literature. In order to change this situation, many comrades have put forward some measures and opinions. In my opinion, to solve this problem, we must improve the service management level and change the service mode.
