江淮-40拖拉机第一轴材质为40Cr钢,采用矩形花健与主离合器从动盘相连接,花键尺寸为10-φ29dC_4×φ23dC_3×4dC_4。要求整体调质硬度在HRc28～30后对花键、轴承油封挡部位进行高频淬火。淬火硬度HBc53～58,淬硬层深度1.2～2毫米。该轴曾多次发生断裂现象,因此有必要进行断裂原因分析,从所观察到的断轴上看,断裂部位绝大部分在一轴的前端花键末端。断口沿着花键高频淬火区处与轴线呈45度(图1)。使用寿命一般均在8～10个
The first shaft of JAC-40 tractor is made of 40Cr steel, which is connected with the driven plate of the main clutch by a rectangular flower-shaped spline. The spline size is 10-φ29dC_4 × φ23dC_3 × 4dC_4. Requires the overall quenching hardness HRc28 ~ 30 after the spline, bearing oil seal block parts for high-frequency quenching. Hardening hardness HBc53 ~ 58, hardened layer depth of 1.2 ~ 2 mm.
