分析并总结了电容法测量多相及两相流相浓度技术在工业应用中存在的问题及研究现状,给出了电容式相浓度传感器的设计准则,研制了一种带有对称这保护极板的螺旋形状表面板电容式相浓度传感器,已在现场应用,整机精度小于5%,满足生产运行要求.
Analyzed and summarized the problems existing in the industrial application of the multi-phase and two-phase flow field concentration measurement by capacitive method and the research status quo. The design criteria of the capacitive phase concentration sensor are given. The spiral shape of the surface plate capacitive phase concentration sensor, has been applied in the field, the whole accuracy of less than 5%, to meet the production and operation requirements.
