工业安生生产政策与工业生产过程中人的行为之间的关系,是重要的社会学课题。社会学家研究与职业危害相关的主要技术风险,首要的就是要研究职业规则的生成与作用机制。高风险生产体系的治理,尤其要考虑到规则的多样性,以及这些规则如何相互衔接来避免事故的发生。工业生产及其安全规则的多样性,既来自管理者制定和实施的控制性规则,也来自一线的工人们在生产实践中基于经验的不断积累和职业背景而形成的自治性规则。因此,工业安全是基于服从的安全、基于应变的安全和灰色安全共同作用的社会过程。
The relationship between industrial safety production policies and human behavior in industrial production is an important sociological issue. Sociologists to study the major technical risks associated with occupational hazards, the first and foremost is to study the formation of the rules and the mechanism of action. In particular, the governance of high-risk production systems takes into account the diversity of rules and how these rules work together to avoid accidents. The diversity of industrial production and its safety rules stems from the control rules formulated and implemented by managers as well as the self-regulatory rules formed by the first-line workers based on their experience in practice and the professional background. Therefore, industrial security is a social process based on compliance security, on the basis of contingency-based security and gray security.
