自中国入世以来,以大型超市业为主的跨国零售集团纷纷入驻我国零售业。他们的进入无疑带来了一场超市零售业的变革,促使我国超市零售业与之在一个更高的平台上竞争。由于中国的超市零售完全是照搬国外的经验模式发展起来的,而外资零售业在经营理念、技术手段、经营规模、商品价格和人力资源等方面具有明显的优势,而我国部分内资超市业态在发展过程中渐渐暴露出“形似质差”的问题,少部分内资本土超市不能运用已有的业态能力和优势促进企业发展,竞争力明显处在劣势,本文通过对内外资连锁超市业态的调查研究对该问题进行了一定分析。
