很多大学都开展了健美操教学,可是多数学校还是采取陈旧的传统教学方式,这使得学生在上课期间不够积极,表现一般,最终导致体育教学和素质教育没有得到很好的落实和提升。采用快乐体育教学的模式,可以让体育课程变得更为生动有趣,可以让学生有更为积极的态度进行大学健美操学习,可以让学生在快乐体育教学中感受到学习的快乐。本文主要是研究采用快乐体育教学模式之后的健美操教学。
Many universities carry out aerobics teaching. However, most schools adopt the old traditional teaching methods, which makes the students not active enough in the class during the performance, which leads to the fact that PE teaching and quality education are not well implemented and promoted. The use of happy sports teaching mode, can make the physical education curriculum becomes more vivid and interesting, can let students have a more positive attitude to college aerobics learning, allowing students to feel happy learning in the happy physical education. This article mainly studies aerobics teaching after adopting the mode of happy physical education.
