在油品质量的不断升级、质量管理模式的深入转变,石化销售企业的经营与发展压力凸显的大背景下,企业开始推行实施ISO9000质量管理体系,保证企业的生存、发展以及竞争力。通过制定作业标准,规范作业流程,实现标准化作业,能够将各项规章制度统一到作业当中,统一到作业过程的岗位要求当中,实现了规章制度落地,提高全员质量意识,从而完善质量管理体系建设。
