上海黄河制药厂与上海精神病防治总院共同协作研究试制成功的珍氯片是由蚌壳珍珠层粉、氯丙嗪、三矽酸镁组成的中西结合片剂。经过一年来临床观察80例精神分裂症患者的总有效率为83.9％,其中显效53.7％。临床证明,珍氯片与1957年国内初用氯丙嗪时的疗效基本相仿。而对氯丙嗪治疗无效改用珍氯片治疗的27例中,有8例显效,6例进步,有效率超过50％。这说明珍氯片的近期疗效优于“氯丙嗪”。
Shanghai Yellow River Pharmaceutical Factory and Shanghai Psychiatric Prevention and Control Institute jointly collaborate on the successful trial of Jane Chlopramycin is a clam shell nacre, chlorpromazine, composed of three magnesium silicate combination of Chinese and Western tablets. After a year of clinical observation of 80 patients with schizophrenia, the total effective rate was 83.9%, of which 53.7% was markedly effective. Clinical evidence, Jane Chlorpheniramine and chlorpromazine first used in 1957 the same effect. However, the treatment of chlorpromazine ineffective use of Zhenchuan tablets in 27 cases, 8 cases markedly improved, 6 cases improved, the effective rate of more than 50%. This shows that the immediate effect of CHEPT is better than “chlorpromazine”.
