党中央和毛主席对计划生育曾作过一系列重要指示,这是我国社会主义建设的既定政策。湖州县自1963年以来,在城镇农村普遍开展计划生育的宣传教育和多种技术措施。到目前为止仅男女绝育手术者计60,000多人,其中男子输精管结扎术计14,000余人。经随访1,200人,除极个别有些一般短期并发症外,效果良佳,特别是性机能完全正常或略亢进。仅3名有明显性机能减退,其原因有局部炎症,痛性结节和精神因素。因此我们认为本文对动物—狗二组(各10只)的精扎术后睾丸结构和机能的研究结果,对我们工作实践是有一定研究意义的。为此笔者予以摘要译出,仅供参考。
The CPC Central Committee and Chairman Mao have made a series of important instructions on family planning, which is the established policy of our socialist construction.
