【摘 要】
：
本文对医学人才的主要特点及成才规律进行了探讨.首先,从阐明医学人才内涵及其类型入手对医学人才概念进行了界定;其次,指出医学人才具有社会期望值高、综合素质好、培养周期性长以及职业实践性强等四大特点;第三,揭示了医学人才成长的四大规律:掌握医学以及相关学科的基础理论知识是重要基础,把握临床科学方法和形成临床思维能力是关键因素,不断总结临床实践和积累临床经验是必要条件,开展科学研究、创造性解决临床疑难问
