目的 分析和评价临床药学专业一份药理学试卷的质量.方法 采用统计学方法对学生的考试成绩进行处理,分析试卷的试题质量.结果 学生的考试成绩呈正态分布,平均成绩76.12分,平均难度0.76,总区分度1.18,信度0.78.结论 这份药理学试卷能够较全面地评价学生对课程的掌握程度,试题难度适中,区分度很好,考试成绩可信,比较全面、客观地评价了学生对药理学课程的掌握程度。
随着经济的发展、人们生活水平的提高,对药学服务型人才的需求不断增长.本文通过对美国药学人才培养现状的分析,为我国高等药学教育改革及人才培养提供借鉴.药学教育应当面对市场的需求,积极进行改革,以培养与未来药学发展相适应的服务型人才。
