医药卫生事业关系亿万人民的健康,关系千家万户的幸福,是重大民生问题。前不久,中共中央、国务院《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》以及《医药卫生体制改革近期重点实施方案(2009—2011年)》正式颁布,标志着我国的医药卫生体制改革终于取得了重要成果。同时我们应该看到,深化医药卫生体制改革是一项涉及面广、难度大的社会系统工程,需要经过长期艰苦努力和坚持不懈的探索。为此,本刊约请我党部分专家就新医改发表相关见解,以飨读者。
The medical and health undertakings, which are related to the health of hundreds of millions of people and the happiness of tens of thousands of families, are major livelihood issues. Not long ago, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System” and the “Major Implementation Plan for the Reform of the Medical and Health System (2009-2011)” were promulgated, marking the final momentous achievements of China’s medical and health system reform . At the same time, we should see that deepening the reform of the medical and health system is a wide-ranging and difficult social system project that requires long-term hard work and persistent exploration. To this end, the magazine invited some of our party experts on the new medical reform published relevant views to readers.
