一、前言油田开发,都在野外进行,北方油田到寒冷季节,为避免机器、设备、油、水、泥浆冻结,每个钻井队都要配备一台井场锅炉,维持冬季的正常生产。由于油田纬度不同、野外采暖期的长短也不同,每台井场锅炉一年大约要烧掉120到200吨原油,全国北方共有×××个钻井队,据统计一年要烧掉近10万吨原油。这是一个很大的数量,我们要设法把它节约下来。在钻井队里,钻杆和泥浆泵是由大功率的柴油机带动的,柴油机只把燃料的少部分热能
