现有越来越多的证据表明FGF-β1和MMP2与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,可为临床判断肿瘤侵袭性、转移性及患者预后提供参考。国内、外对TGF-β1和MMP2的研究主要集中在消化、呼吸系统的肿瘤,而在肾肿瘤领域的研究才刚刚起步。本文对肾癌相关基因TGF-β1和MMP2的研究进展作一综述。
There is more and more evidence that FGF-β1 and MMP2 are closely related to the occurrence and development of malignant tumors, which can provide reference for clinical judgment of tumor invasion, metastasis and prognosis of patients. Domestic and foreign research on TGF-β1 and MMP2 are mainly concentrated in the digestive and respiratory system tumors, and the research in the field of kidney tumors has just started. This article reviews the progress of renal cell carcinoma related gene TGF-β1 and MMP2.
