目的对某企业员工健康状况进行调查,了解该企业慢性非传染性疾病的流行现状。方法收集某企业员工的体检资料,应用SPSS17.0统计软件对体检结果进行统计分析。结果 1体检指标异常检出率较高的依次为超重(50.0%)、高血压(49.3%)、收缩压(SBP)过高(46.1%)、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(38.0%)、高甘油三酯(TG)(36.3%)、高胆固醇(TC)(32.6%);2超重、非超重员工高血压、高血脂、肝脂肪沉积、高丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、高血糖检出率比较,差异有统计学意义,经χ2检验(P=0.000),超重员工检出率明显高于非超重员工;高血尿酸和心电图异常在超重组人群与非超重组人群中比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 1体检指标异常检出率较高的依次为超重、高血压、收缩压过高、高低密度脂蛋白、高甘油三酯、高胆固醇;2超重是高血压、高血脂、肝脂肪沉积、高血糖的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the health condition of employees in an enterprise and find out the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases in this enterprise. Methods The physical examination information of a company employee was collected, and SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the physical examination results.
