文中以甘肃省张掖市6个镇394份入户调查资料为样本,采用Probit模型分析了技术认知和政府支持对农户节水灌溉技术采用的影响。研究发现:对节水灌溉效果水平的认知和政府推广对农户节水灌溉技术采用有显著影响作用;技术认知和政府支持对节水灌溉技术采用的影响效应存在差异,其中,对节水灌溉效果水平的认知每提高一个档次,农户采用节水灌溉技术的概率提升3.97%,农户接受政府的技术推广每提高一个档次,农户采用节水灌溉技术的概率提升83.00%,政府推广对技术采用的边际影响相对较大;此外,控制变量中年龄、务农年限、家庭务农人数均显著影响农户节水灌溉技术采用。建议政府部门加强节水灌溉技术宣传工作,重视推广技术的实用性及有效性,增强农户技术认知。
In this paper, 394 household survey data from 6 towns in Zhangye City of Gansu Province were taken as samples. Probit model was used to analyze the impact of technical cognition and government support on the adoption of water-saving irrigation technology. The study found that: awareness of water-saving irrigation effect and government promotion has a significant effect on the adoption of water-saving irrigation technology for farmers; the effect of technology awareness and government support on the adoption of water-saving irrigation technology is different. Among them, For each level of irrigation effect, the probability of farmers using water-saving irrigation technology increased by 3.97%. Each time farmers receive one grade of technical promotion from the government, the probability of farmers using water-saving irrigation technology is raised by 83.00%. The government promotes the technology In addition, the control variables in the age, duration of agriculture, the number of family farmers have significantly affected the adoption of water-saving irrigation techniques. Proposed government departments to strengthen water-saving irrigation technology advocacy work, attention to promoting the practicality and effectiveness of technology to enhance farmers’ technological awareness.
